Chuck Dennison

Chuck Dennison is Vice President and COO of Ovonyx Technologies, where he is focused on integration of Ovonyx Phase Change Memory into high volume production.  He received his BS and MS at MIT and UC, Berkeley respectively.  He has worked 26 years in the semiconductor industry with 12 years at Micron Technology where he directed Process Integration for Micron’s first stacked capacitor DRAM, followed by the successful DRAM container cell through the 0.18 um technology node.   He is currently Program Co-Chair of the 2008 VLSI Technology Symposium.  He is inventor/co-inventor of over 250 patents related to IC processing and semiconductor memories.
