Biographical Notes

Sang Ho Lim

Sang Ho Lim received the BS degree in Materials Science from Korea University in 1981 and the MS degree in 1983 from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. He then worked at Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) as a Research Scientist. In 1986, he moved into Australia to study at the University of Newcastle and completed his Ph. D. degree in 1989. After staying at CSIRO Division of Applied Physics as a National Research Fellow for a year, he joined again KIST, where he served as the Director of Nano Device Research Center. In September 2004, he took the position at Korea University 2004 as an Associate Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering.
