Biographical Notes

Yoon-Jong Song

Yoon-Jong Song received Ph.D. degree in Materials Engineering and Science from Virginia Tech in 1998. After gradation, he joined Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., where he was involved in developing new concept non-volatile 4Mb and 32Mb FRAM. He has also taken part in developing PRAM from 16Mb to 512Mb. Currently, he mainly focus on developing giga-bit PRAM for next generation.
