Biographical Notes

Kazuya Terabe

Kazuya Terabe received B.S. degree in 1986, the M. S. degree in 1988 and the D. R. degree in 1992 in materials science and engineering in Nagoya Institute of Technology. In 1992, he was a research associate with Nagoya University. In 1996, he was with the Institute of Physical and Chemical Research (RIKEN) working on creation of nano-ionics devices, such as an atomic switch. Since 2001, he has been with National Institute for Materials Science, working on development of novel functional nano-devices made of solid electrolyte and ferroelectric materials.
