Biographical Notes

Yiyan Yang

Dr. Yang obtained her PhD in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University, China. She was an associate professor in Tsinghua University before joining Institute of Materials Research and Engineering, Singapore in 1998. She and her group moved to Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology (IBN) in 2003. She is currently a group leader at IBN. Dr. Yang’s main research interests include biomaterials, drug and gene delivery, and cancer therapy.
